The advantage of our Innovation

The preparation of powder is the basis of the production of NTC thermal sensitive ceramic materials. We have advanced ceramic powder preparation technology, and the technology of preparing zirconia powder by hydrothermal synthesis is at the leading level in China.

1. Using the innovative oxide solid phase method to put into mass production; And further R&D of liquid phase co-precipitation method, the preparation of high activity, uniform particle size of ceramic powder, can produce more stable, high reliability of dense NTC ceramic materials.

2. Adopting innovative raw material mixing process, the raw materials are ball-milled and added with specific solvents to modulate into a uniform and non-layered viscous solid-liquid mixture, to ensure that the materials are evenly mixed and non-layered, and to obtain highly active and consistent ceramic powders after calcination.

3. The use of oxidizing atmosphere multiple low-temperature calcination process, to obtain a consistent crystalline phase, composition and uniformity of the ceramic powder, which improve the qualification rate of the product.
