Air conditioning sensor

In our experience, the most common complaint about temperature sensors for air conditioners is that after a period of time usage, the resistance value is changed abnormal, and most of these problems are due to moisture entering the sensor under high temperature and high humidity, causing the chip to become damp and change its resistance.
We have solved this problem by a series of protective measures from the selection of components to the assembly of sensors.

1. Recommendation as follows:
R25℃=10KΩ±1% B25/85℃=3435K±1% or
R25℃=5KΩ±1% B25/50℃=3470K±1% or
R25℃=50KΩ±1% B25/50℃=3950K±1%
2. Working temperature range: -30℃～+105℃
3. Thermal time constant: MAX.15sec.
4. PVC or XLPE cable is recommended, UL2651
5. Connectors are recommended for PH,XH,SM,5264 and so on
6. Above characteristics all can be customized
