High Precision NTC Thermistor Chip (NTC Temperature Sensor Chip)
NTC thermistor chips are high precision bare chips with gold or silver plated surface as electrodes, and are suitable for mixed-design multifunctional modules for hybrid applications using bonding wires or gold or manganese solder as the connection method. They can also be directly soldered to tinned, nickel-plated or silver-plated wire to make temperature sensors.
To use NTC for temperature measurement and control, it is generally necessary to encapsulate the NTC chip with glass or epoxy resin into a variety of plug-in and thin-film NTC thermistor components.
NTC thermistor components in many applications can be directly used to measure temperature and control temperature through proper installation, but more is to further encapsulate the thermistor into different materials and shapes of the probe shell, and thermistor leads will be connected with wires of different specifications and lengths, then assembled into temperature sensors to measure and control temperature.
